Pilates has been part of my life since 2012, when I completed my original training with Body Control Pilates® (BCP) in London. From the very beginning, I was drawn to its focus on mindful, intelligent movement—and the way it empowers people to feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected in their own bodies.
My passion lies in mindful movement: helping clients develop proper movement and breathing patterns so they can move with ease, confidence, and strength. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how consistent Pilates practice transforms the body and the mind—supporting rehabilitation, relieving pain, reducing anxiety (something I experienced personally), and enhancing overall wellbeing.

Since qualifying as a Level 3 Matwork Pilates Teacher in 2012, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge and deepen my practice through ongoing education and advanced training. In 2024, I completed and gained full Comprehensive certification in the BASI® Pilates method, which strengthened both my theoretical understanding and practical skills in teaching across the full range of Pilates apparatus. I am now fully qualified to:
– Teach using the full range of Studio Equipment
– Work with pre- and postnatal clients
– Teach HIP Pilates® (High Intensity Power Pilates)
– Support clients with low back pain through the Back4Good® Programme, which offers safe, targeted exercises designed for those managing or recovering from back issues
In 2025, I began training with Miguel Silva at the renowned UNO Pilates School, transitioning into the classical method and deepening my understanding of the traditional system. This shift has added another layer of depth and structure to my teaching, complementing the contemporary foundation I started with.
Over the years, I’ve also had the privilege of attending workshops and learning from world-renowned teachers, including:
– Veronica Ruiz
– Eric Carlovich
– Jean-Claude Nelson
– Michael King
– Benjamin Dagenhardt
– Michael Fritzke and Ton Voogt
– Julie Driver
– Cara Reeser
I’ve worked with a broad range of clients—beginners, professional athletes, expectant and new mothers—and no matter why someone starts Pilates, whether for rehab, fitness, or general wellbeing, I’ve found the method always delivers. It meets people exactly where they are and helps them grow stronger, more aware, and more resilient, both physically and mentally.
My own teaching has evolved over time, increasingly influenced by my personal mindfulness practice. I bring a calm, focused energy to every session and aim to create a space where clients feel supported, seen, and challenged in a healthy, sustainable way.
