My Monday Pilates sessions welcome all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Both classes offer strong, full-body workouts with a clear focus on building a solid foundation and mastering Pilates technique, including alignment, flexibility, mobility, breathing, and core strength. We use a variety of small props to add extra challenge and enhance your practice.
I recommend booking an individual session before joining, to tailor the experience to your needs and ensure you get the most from the classes.
